About Me

 

 

First generation native San Franciscan and first in my tri-lingual household to graduate from college.

My pursuit for expanding my education came to a surprise to many in my family since I was not fond

of school. It was boring and I spent my time day dreaming and imagining.  I was not the best of students,

my teachers were far from supportive and at home I didn’t receive the support I needed to excel as a

student; not because my parents didn’t want to, they didn’t know how.

 

During my sophomore year in high school, I discovered authors that started my journey of metaphysics

and transforming my life by reprograming my thought process from all the negative statements people

spoke over me. I knew at that point I would accomplish great things. It was an unwavering feeling of

knowing. When I started college, I didn’t know how to study, so the first thing I did was teach myself

techniques to be a good student. My thirst for knowledge and growth was unstoppable.

 

In 2007 I began my spiritual journey that led me to my present day healing work. This involved going

deep into my soul, reflecting, journaling, praying, meditating, forgiving and loving myself then committed

to making changes. Also, as part of my creative expression, I dove into my dance and music to heal.

During this time I realized I needed to develop a loving relationship with myself as well as heal from

the challenging relationships I experienced with family, friends, partners and colleagues.

 

With my extensive experience in the field of human resources management, insight attained working

in diverse environments, and healing modalities, not only I am able to assist my clients with

Hypnotherapy and Quantum Consciousness Facilitation, I am able to guide clients with career transitions,

assist in navigating work related issues, performance management, job interview coaching, leadership

development and other related business topics.
